Adjust the handle.
Twist to loosen the telescopic handle, set it to a comfortable height, then twist it back to lock. In my demo, I aim for around chin to nose height.
The Norwex mop, with Amy
We’ve got a dog, teenagers, and plenty of crumbs. I’ll show you how I use the dry pad for everyday messes and the damp pad when the floors need a clean.

I’ll walk you through the handle and base, the two everyday pads, the figure-eight motion, and how I clean the pads afterward.

The setup is straightforward: attach the telescopic handle to the base, then press the pad onto the base. Here’s the order I use at home.
Twist to loosen the telescopic handle, set it to a comfortable height, then twist it back to lock. In my demo, I aim for around chin to nose height.
The yellow-edged dry pad gathers dust, pet hair, and crumbs. I move it in a loose figure eight to keep the debris in front. A handheld Rubber Brush helps clear the pad between washes.
Wet it with water, wring it out so it’s damp rather than dripping, and press it onto the base. I use the same figure-eight motion to cover the floor.
After mopping, I rinse the wet pad thoroughly and hang it to dry. Launder microfiber according to its care instructions, without bleach, fabric softener, or dryer sheets.
Norwex offers mini, large, and extra-large mop options. I use the large most often; mini is handy for smaller areas, while extra large can cover more open floor space. Check the current options when you shop. See the full mop system flyer ↗
